My mission is to preserve the warm traditions of a hospitable Kyiv home, where every guest feels at home. I believe the true value of food lies not only in its taste but in the emotions it evokes. “Yaroslava” is a place where memories, coziness, and authenticity, tested by time, come together. It’s important to me that everyone who enters the café feels the care, sincerity, and love infused into every dish. By honoring the past, I create the present — with gratitude, warmth, and faith in the power of good traditions.

● Co-owner of the café-restaurant “Yaroslava” at 13 Yaroslaviv Val Street, Kyiv, since 1995, a landmark and tourist attraction in the capital of Ukraine
