What is its significance and essence?The competition was borrowed from European practice and adapted by the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry. It allows managers to evaluate existing policies on flexible working hours, leave, and support for family responsibilities, and to test new approaches. This helps to improve the balance between professional and personal life, reduce emotional burnout, and increase productivity. As a result, companies receive practical tools for improving corporate culture and creating a comfortable working environment.
What is its value?Participation in the project emphasizes management's responsibility for the well-being of employees and their families and improves the company's reputation. Participating companies become more attractive on the labor market as they demonstrate their commitment to work-life balance.

We will debunk myths, answer key questions, and find real solutions for your confidence and energy.
What is its value?Participants will learn practical methods for self-diagnosis and maintaining physical and mental health. A master class at INVARAN LLC, a company headed by a woman, will show how to implement healthy practices in business. You will receive ready-made tools for balancing work, family, and health, and increase your energy and resilience.
