About the Committee
How we developed
and grew
/ 2017
Creation and development
The committee was established almost eight years ago at the Kyiv Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a space to support women entrepreneurs.
It included CEOs, business founders, and chamber members. The committee was granted the status of an advisory body. During this period, the values, structure, and first initiatives to support women's businesses were formed.
/ 2019
First international experience
In 2019, the committee held an international conference entitled “Success is in You,” which received widespread media coverage.
The event brought together entrepreneurs from different countries and regions of Ukraine. This strengthened the committee's image as an influential platform. The next conference did not take place due to the pandemic, but the potential remained.
/ 2019–2021
International partnership
The committee joined an international project with Germany that brought together women's business associations from the Balkans and Chernihiv.
Joint events, training sessions, and visits to enterprises were held. Media work was actively carried out, with 11 publications in the KTPO magazine. It was a period of active growth and international recognition.
/ 2020-2022
Challenges of the pandemic and war
Despite the crisis, the committee remained active and supported participants through online events and Viber chat.
Seminars were organized, including on doing business during wartime. In 2022, a delegation from the committee attended a partner conference in Koblenz. The community proved its strength even in challenging circumstances.
/ 2023-2024
Stabilization and expertise
The committee stabilized its work: 12 meetings per year, new partnerships, and participation in projects for IDPs.
Members act as experts at the national level. The “Family-Friendly Enterprise” competition is ongoing. The committee has strengthened its role as a center of female business expertise.
/ 2025
New goals
In 2025, the committee is focusing on developing partnerships, new initiatives, and promoting socially responsible business.
Round tables, training sessions, and trips to enterprises are planned. Strategic work on strengthening the community's influence continues. The committee is open to new members and challenges.

Who can become a member of the committee?
We invite women who are members of the CCI and owners, co-owners, or managers of businesses, as well as experts in the business field.
Are there monthly contributions?
No, there are no mandatory monthly contributions to the KTP Women's Committee.
What is the format of participation?
Online and offline events, group work, involvement in projects, participation in public communication.
Can I join if I am from another city/country?
Yes! We have participants from different regions and even from abroad.
