 21 years in sales: from bakery worker to company manager.
 Experience in developing business strategies, operational policies, and managing departments: purchasing, sales, accounting, finance, and marketing.
 Consulting for business owners and investors: building food distribution networks, launching transportation companies, and creating sales departments.

Personal achievements

 Conducting business process analysis, identifying risks and bottlenecks.
 Developing and implementing KPIs, budgeting, internal auditing of commercial structures.

About the business

The Kyivkhlib Group of Companies has been one of Ukraine's largest bread-baking enterprises since 1930. The company also occupies a leading position in the production of cream and confectionery products, as well as dry and bread products. Since 2015, a social project has been implemented in cooperation with the Kyiv City State Administration — the Kyivkhlib chain, which has more than 200 retail outlets.

Business achievements

 Every month, over 150 tons of subsidized bread are sold at discounts of 20–70% to low-income residents of Kyiv.
 The assortment includes over 800 items.
